Colligo

You may be asking yourself, why would I need a product such as Colligo when I have Outlook 2007? Outlook 2007 does support some abilities to take SharePoint Content Offline; such as calendar items, tasks and even documents.

This was the question I asked myself until I began diving deeper into what Outlook ha to offer. Don't get me wrong, I am a huge fan of Microsoft Outlook and I use it every day. However, it doesn't support SharePoint Content Type, nor does it support metadata. When working with SharePoint Content, an offline too needs to know everything about SharePoint such as checking documents in/out, associated Content Types and Metadata.
